Job Description The Global Head of Editorial & Marketing Partnerships (EMP) leads the worldwide strategy, execution, and performance of editorial and marketing partnerships across Believe's artists and labels. Reporting directly to Believe's Chief Marketing Officer, this role is central to shaping how Believe drives visibility, discovery, and growth across global DSP ecosystems. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on maximizing Believe's share of voice across DSPs (Spotify, YouTube, TikTok, Meta and others). You will define how Believe wins in editorial and promotional environments-combining data, product, and strategic relationships to unlock opportunities at scale. You are both analytical and product-minded, with deep expertise in artist services and DSP dynamics. You will empower local teams with the tools, insights, and frameworks to succeed, while driving global alignment and securing premium opportunities for artists across all business units (Artist Services, Label & Artist Services, TuneCore).
